It’s truly magical when a dish comes out looking restaurant-worthy, but was a cinch to throw together. That’s the case with this creamy rosemary chicken pasta. With only eight main ingredients, this simple yet elegant dish is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.

(Note that this isn’t a one-pot recipe, so you’ll need to boil some pasta separately. Linguine or spaghetti are good bets!)

The most complicated part of this recipe is halving the chicken breasts so they’re super thin. Once that’s done you just toss the chicken in some olive oil, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper before cooking it in a hot pan on the stove.

After you set the cooked chicken breasts aside, you capitalize on all those great browned bits by deglazing the pan with chicken stock (the author notes you can also use wine), followed by garlic, cream, and lemon juice.

When you’re ready to serve, simply plate the pasta on a large platter, add the sliced chicken, and top with the creamy sauce. Pour a glass of cold white wine and set out the freshly grated Parm and you’ve got one dreamy dinner.
