Robert Pattinson just signed the paperwork on a famous hillside home, continuing the lineage of its rich Hollywood history and giving himself and longtime partner, singer Suki Waterhouse, a place to call their own.

Originally built in the late 1930s, the Spanish Colonial Revival-style home was completely renovated in the mid-2000s by designer Jeff Lewis. After being featured on Lewis’ Bravo Network reality TV show, Flipping Out, the property was later purchased in 2014 by Gossip Girl creator Stephanie Savage. Four years later, the residence sold again to multiple Grammy award-winning artist Beck and his former wife, actress Marissa Ribisi. After Beck and Ribisi’s divorce in 2021, however, Ribisi acquired full ownership of the home and now, just two years later, she’s sold it to Pattinson for a lofty $5.3 million. A price that’s roughly $2 million more than what she and her ex-husband originally paid for the spot back in 2018.

The house, which sits privately behind a dense hedge wall and locked gates, is a single story 2,700-square foot home set into a deeply sloped backyard. Due to its positioning though, the home appears larger from the street than it actually is. This is because it features a lower basement level with a guest bedroom and bath, laundry facilities, and an attached two-car garage.

Outside, guests are greeted with a vibrant front lawn with large trees and stairs that lead you to the front door. Once inside, vaulted wood-beamed ceilings and a fireplace welcome you into a large, open living room. Dark hardwood floors flow throughout the space, leading to a formal dining room, family room, and adjacent kitchen. Marble countertops and dark wooden cabinets populate the kitchen space while high quality Miele and Viking appliances add the cherry on top of the proverbial kitchen cake.

The main level features two master bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms — the larger of which is accompanied by a private covered balcony. The backyard features multiple lush lawns and winding stone paths leading throughout, with a concrete patio and outdoor kitchen terrace, fireplace, and a relaxing plunge pool included.

While this is not the only residence that the Batman superstar owns (Pattinson reportedly has a smaller place in the Hollywood Hills as well as a secret flat in London) it does seem like this one is certainly the perfect spot for him and his partner to call home.
