Q: Is it just me, or does it seem nut allergies are generally overlooked these days in popular cooking media? What are some good resources for those with serious nut allergies like me? I can't even seem to find a cook book focused around people with deadly nut allergies, and I'd like to find protein alternatives in workout snacks and trail mixes.
I actually fully developed this allergy only 4 years ago and used to eat peanut butter, peanuts and all other nuts frequently, so it's a matter of having loved and lost, and being ready to find love with another. Please help if you have any good ideas!
