Q: Can anyone recommend a lead- and cadmium-free crockpot? I cracked my Versaware, which I bought based on Kitchn reviews. Loved it, but it’s apparently discontinued. In researching other options, my eyeballs nearly popped out when I came across many articles discussing lead in my go to appliance.
Are any of them safe to use, particularly with small children in the house?
