Ever since we wrote about freezing bread remainders, we’ve been on a bread pudding kick. A warm, sweet dish of sweet potato or apple walnut bread pudding is so satisfying this time of year (or any time of year, really!). Bread pudding doesn’t have to be limited to dessert, though. Made with savory ingredients, this comfort food can be served as an entrée or side dish.
