How Do You Cook for Picky Eaters?
There’s plenty of work involved in getting dinner on the table for your family. Between planning, shopping, prepping, cooking, and cleaning up, there’s a lot to orchestrate. But what about when there’s a picky eater, or multiple picky eaters thrown into the mix? That’s a wild card that has the power to really make things challenging.
Note: We’re not talking about food allergies. Today we’re just covering straight-up fussy eaters — kids and adults alike.
Does your picky eater just say no to vegetables? Maybe they’ll only eat white foods? Or maybe the problem is different foods touching one another on the plate (how dare the corn touch the chicken!)?
