Rooibos Peach Tea Punch

It’s summer. It’s hot outside. And there’s a holiday weekend on the horizon. You know what that means, right? Time to whip up a refreshing cocktail. One that’s got just the right hint of flavor and zing. One that’ll cool you down and help you get a little buzz on. This rooibos peach punch is just the ticket.

This cocktail is like an upgraded version of Snapple peach iced tea — with booze. I mean, how can you go wrong?

You start with strong, cooled rooibos tea, then add peach juice, vodka, slices of lemon, a handful of fresh mint, and some sliced peaches. Serve everything over ice and toast to a great summer ahead.
