What Is Pumpkin Dip?
This recipe is a sweet dessert-like dip made with pumpkin purée, cream cheese, and marshmallow fluff.
Alternatives to Cream Cheese
Our official recommendation: Don’t omit the cream cheese. Its slight tang and creamy texture is key. But in a bind, your best bet is ricotta. The texture will be slightly lumpier and looser, but it will still taste delicious.
What to Eat with Pumpkin Dip
- Fruit (apples are a given, but strawberries are a surprisingly delightful pairing)
- Pretzels
- Graham crackers
- Pretty much any cookie you can get your hand on (but especially gingersnaps)
