The “Must-Have” $20 Find That Keeps My Guacamole Fresh For Days (Perfect for Entertaining)

There are many entertaining dos and don’ts, and chief among them — at least in my opinion — is having a solid lineup of appetizers. Being from Texas, my ultimate favorite is chips and guacamole. Out of all of the get-togethers I’ve attended, during the holidays and otherwise, that combo makes the most appearances. It makes sense why: I don’t think I’ve ever met someone who doesn’t love it. The only tricky aspect of having guac as an appetizer is keeping it fresh before and after you serve it — if it isn’t all devoured by your guests, that is.
