If there’s one thing you can guarantee will be in my cabinet no matter how old I get, it’s a box of deliciously sweet cereal. And my absolute favorite brand to have is Fruity Pebbles. To be honest, I probably have — at minimum — four boxes in my pantry right now! That’s why whenever there’s a new snack or cereal variety that the brand releases, I’m always down to try it.

As last year saw the Pebbles brand celebrate its 50th birthday, it’s no surprise that they’re still rolling out new products. And while the (first) latest release technically isn’t a new flavor variety, it is a twist on some of the Post brand’s (Pebbles’ parent company) most legendary cereal options — including Pebbles.

Currently available in select grocery stores, the all-new Pebbles Shake Ups! are a mix-up of two of Post’s popular cereal brands in one snackable treat. Available in two varieties — the Cocoa Explosion (a combination of Cocoa Pebbles and Chocolate Honeycomb) and Sweet & Salty (Birthday Cake Pebbles Boulders, Waffle Crisp cereal, and salted pretzel bits) — the new snacks are guaranteed to be a favorite amongst both kids and kids-at-heart. Pebbles Shake Ups! can be found in 6-pack boxes of individual snack bags as well as a shareable 6-ounce pouch.

In the answer to my childhood dream, Pebbles is actually releasing a new variety, too. Following the success of Marshmallow Fruity Pebbles, the brand is now letting chocolate lovers in on the fun with Marshmallow Cocoa Pebbles. And like the Shake Ups!, the new chocolatey, marshmallow-filled crispy rice cereal is available in select groceries now.

Honestly, with all of my childhood dreams becoming a reality this year (i.e., the return of Oreo Cakesters and the introduction of Swiss Roll Cake-flavored ice cream, if you didn’t already know!), I’m betting that this is going to be a year for the books.
