We’ve asked about your breakfast eating habits before, but now we want to know – what did you have for breakfast today?

A little inspiration is helpful this time of year. Do you find that you are are getting to the lunch hour and realizing you forgot to eat breakfast? We are – and that cup of coffee is not enough to fuel us happily through the morning. This is not good; it’s healthier for your metabolism, your brain, and your general wellbeing to eat a real breakfast.

What with the snow and cold and holiday craziness, we might not always have time to make Extraordinary Blueberry Pancakes like this recipe from Whole Foods, but we can at least try for oatmeal.
