Making a poinsettia cocktail couldn’t be easier, but packs a surprising amount of flavor, thanks to the tart cranberry juice and orange-flavored liqueur. For extra flair, serve in Champagne flutes and top with fresh cranberries.

Ingredients in a Poinsettia Cocktail

  • Champagne: Or Prosecco! Any bottle of bubbly will do.
  • Orange liqueur: Cointreu, Grand Marnier, or triple sec work well.
  • Cranberry juice: Just a splash adds bold tartness and a beautiful color.

    cranberry juice

  • 1 ounce

    orange liqueur

  • Champagne or prosecco, chilled

  • Fresh cranberries

Instructions

  1. Fill a Champagne flute with 1 to 2 ounces cranberry juice and 1 ounce orange liqueur. Top with Champagne or prosecco and garnish with cranberries.
