It’s summer, it’s Friday, and it’s unbearably hot outside, which can only mean one thing: you need a frosty drink. This rosé slushie is just the ticket. Blended with fresh strawberries and raspberries, it’s tart, sweet, and, most importantly, icy-cold.

Similar to our frosé, this slushie recipe calls for freezing rosé in ice cube molds ahead of time. You’ll pour half a bottle into the trays and reserve the other half for later.

When you’re ready to drink simply pour the reserved wine in a blender along with the rosé ice cubes, frozen raspberries and strawberries, and a splash of Campari. The Campari lends great color and a touch of bitterness to balance the sweet wine, while the berries bring a tart freshness to the glass.

Serve the slushie immediately in a frosty glass, if you have one handy, and feel the heat of summer (and all your troubles) just melt away. Cheers!
