You can do a lot with a pack of Pillsbury sugar cookie dough, from turning it into the crust of a decadent cheesecake to topping it with a five-spice sugar to upgrade its flavor. Recently a creator shared an ingenious idea for using the cookies in a cold-weather treat — and once you see this creation, you’ll be asking yourself why you haven’t tried it out sooner.

Pillsbury recently shared a delicious recipe idea on their Instagram, which involves turning their iconic sugar cookie dough into s’mores.

The ingenious hack involves using Pillsbury Dr. Seuss The Grinch Shape Sugar Cookies instead of graham crackers in s’mores. This festive dessert is, of course, stuffed with melted chocolate and toasty marshmallows. Walmart sells a 20-count pack of this Grinch-themed cookie dough for less than $4.

Shoppers raced to the comments to share their thoughts on this festive idea. One person said, “These look amazing!” while another user called out, “This is next level.”

This simple concept is also customizable. If you’re not feeling the Grinch, swap the cookie base for a pack of the brand’s snowman or Elf-inspired dough. To get festive, you can experiment with the fillings, like using peppermint white chocolate or snowman-shaped marshmallows
