There are some projects that we take on knowing they might require a little effort. This is one such project though, admittedly, it doesn't require as much as you might think.
The idea is simple, roll out two rounds of sugar cookie dough and weave them together into one giant pie crust. Then use a cutter and remove rounds, hopefully the perfect size (or slightly larger), than your favorite set of mugs.
