Pizza is pretty much always a guaranteed win at the dinner table. Whether it’s a pie from your favorite delivery spot or a homemade creation, it’s always delicious. And if you’re looking for yet another creative spin on the classic dish, we’d like to introduce you to Pierogy Pizza Casserole.

With the help of Mrs. T’s Mini 4 Cheese Medley Pierogies, this golden-brown and bubbling pizza casserole will become your family’s go-to way to eat the tried and true favorite. If you’re unfamiliar with Mrs. T’s Pierogies, they’re pasta pockets stuffed with cheese, creamy whipped potatoes, and other big, bold flavors — like Loaded Baked Potato. Though it’s traditional to boil or sauté them, it’s hard to deny just how cozy and inviting it is to nestle them among pizza sauce and bake until the cheese is melty. No matter how you slice it, this pepperoni pierogy pizza casserole is a new and improved way to serve up pizza for dinner.

An Easy Weeknight Win for Picky Family Members

You have food blogger Becky Hardin of The Cookie Rookie to thank for this ingenious casserole. As a busy mom, she’s constantly thinking up simple, delicious meals that are fit for the whole family. “I have always loved pierogies and thought it would be fun to do a mashup with one of our other favorite things: pizza! I always look for recipes that both adults and kids can fall in love with,” she says. For Becky, turning to Mrs. T’s Pierogies is a no-brainer. “I love that Mrs. T’s Pierogies can be prepared so many different ways. It truly does make any dinnertime so easy. Baking them is great because you can step away from the recipe and let the oven do the work. When the timer goes off, it’s time to eat.”

It’s hard to beat a dinner that’s equal parts easy and family-friendly. She adds: “I happen to have a picky toddler AND a picky husband, so I’m always on the prowl for crowd-pleasers. We also love that this recipe is easily reheated. The flavors are universally loved and the prep is simple. Perfect for those nights when ‘what’s for dinner?’ is a popular question.” And absolutely no one will complain when this is what you bring to the table.
