Healthy, delicious, and easy to make ahead: Overnight oats are our go-to breakfast for a reason. With so many possible variations, it’s an easily adaptable recipe that can suit any mood. And lately, we’ve been craving a little more luxury in our mornings.

The reason for our indulgent leanings? New Bonne Maman Peanut Chocolate Spread. It’s a luscious balance of lightly roasted peanuts and chocolate, lending rich flavor to breakfasts, snacks, and desserts. Like all Bonne Maman products, Peanut Chocolate Spread is made with simple ingredients, like Non-GMO Project Verified cocoa powder and roasted peanuts. Plus, it has 30 percent less sugar than the leading chocolate spread! And in this decadent Peanut Chocolate Overnight Oats recipe, it becomes the star of a deliciously indulgent breakfast.

How to Make Peanut Chocolate Overnight Oats

First, spread 1 tablespoon Bonne Maman Peanut Chocolate Spread on the bottom of your jar. Then add 1/2 cup whole or 2% milk, 1/4 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt, and a pinch of kosher salt to a large bowl. Stir to combine, then stir in 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats and 3/4 teaspoon chia seeds. Transfer the mixture to an 8-ounce jar, cover, and refrigerate for at least four hours, preferably overnight.

When you’re ready to serve, just give it a stir and top with an additional 1 tablespoon Bonne Maman Peanut Chocolate Spread. Then it’s ready for your favorite toppings! We love a sprinkle of granola for crunch and texture, plus fresh fruit: raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, sliced strawberries, and sliced banana. We wouldn’t say no to a final drizzle of the spread, either.

Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to four days. And the recipe is endlessly adaptable: Swap in your favorite fruits, add a splash of vanilla extract, or top it with a dusting of cinnamon. Just don’t forget the best part: Bonne Maman Peanut Chocolate Spread.
