This Wildly Delicious Sweetheart Duo Is the Perfect Valentine’s Day Gift for Coffee Lovers

Valentine’s Day gifting often goes hand-in-hand with standard go-to’s like a bouquet of roses, an assorted box of chocolates, or a thoughtful hand-written note. Hear me out: There’s nothing wrong with any of these sweet gestures, per se. However, in my own relationship, I’ve learned that the sweetest way to my partner’s heart is through his stomach, so I tend to look for special food and drink experiences that we can enjoy together, long after those Valentine’s Day roses start to fade.

Since my beau happens to love coffee as much as I do, this year I decided to surprise him with something from one of my absolute favorite coffee roasters: Partners. It’s hard to say which blend I love more between the medium-roasted, milk chocolatey Brooklyn or the medium-dark, caramel-and-nutty-rich Elevate, so I guess Partners did us all a big favor by including both of these fantastic blends in their Sweetheart Duo. My favorite method of brewing these beans is by first grinding them to a medium-coarse texture and then brewing in my French press (I think this brings out the nutty, pastry-like aromas in both blends), but the brand is all about embracing any home coffee brewing method you fancy.
