Pamela Anderson Is Hosting a New Plant-Based Cooking Show
Step aside, Gordon Ramsay and Guy Fieri — there’s a new celebrity cooking-show host in town. Pamela Anderson is set to host a new show, Pamela’s Cooking with Love, for Food Network Canada. Brought to you by Fireworks Media Group for Corus Studios, the new series comes after her successful HGTV Canada home-renovation series, Pamela’s Garden of Eden.
Hot off the heels of the recent release of her hit autobiographical Netflix film, Pamela, A Love Story, and her January 2023 memoir, Love, Pamela, it’s clear to see that the world wants to see more of the star. And in her new plant-based show, fans will get just what they bargained for.
According to a press release sent out earlier this week, the longtime vegan and animal rights activist will explore the world of plant-based cuisine in each episode. Acting as a sous-chef and host, the Baywatch veteran will work with a wide variety of influential chefs as guests to develop and share scrumptious plant-based menus.
“In this new Corus Studios distributed series, Pamela is fueled by a craving to learn more about cooking and how she can use food to take entertaining to the next level,” the release read. “Whether it is a casual afternoon cocktail party in the garden, an intimate dinner with family, or breakfast following a night around the campfire, Pamela shines as a host and sous-chef.”
Ready to check out what Pamela Anderson is serving up on Pamela’s Cooking with Love? The show, which is set for an eight-episode run, will debut in 2024.
If you ask me, this sounds like one of the best food shows hitting our televisions in a while. If you are looking for some great vegan recipes to try before the show debuts, though, consider these delectable jackfruit tacos or this extra-creamy vegan risotto.
