The ketogenic diet, which has been around for nearly 100 years, became buzz-worthy a couple of years ago. In 2019, however, it became a full-blown phenomenon. If you gave it a try and decided to make it part of your life this year, you know that the ultra-low-carb diet is a whole lot easier when you have great recipes to lean on. We developed more than a handful of approachable keto-friendly recipes this year, and these were your favorites.
