Our Place vs. Caraway: Which Should You Buy? Here’s Our Honest Review
In the last five-ish years, home cooks saw a major change in available cookware, both in terms of form and function. What Are the Differences Between Our Place and Caraway?
Both Our Place and Caraway offer cookware made with nonstick ceramic, enameled cast iron, and more. One notable difference is that most Our Place pans are oven-safe up to 450℉, while most Caraway pans are oven-safe up to 550℉. Certain pieces vary, and the use of a lid also affects this, so be sure to double check the max temp on the pieces you’re adding to your shopping cart.
Given that these brands initially attracted attention for their design, shoppers may prefer one look more than the other. But both brands offer cookware in multiple colors that is meant to be displayed on the stove (and on social media). The biggest difference might just be in the finish — Caraway’s cookware has a glossy exterior while Our Place is more matte — and the pricing — on average, Caraway’s starting prices are lower than Our Place’s. However, both sites have solid sales and great discounts, especially during Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

Our Place vs Caraway: Which Should You Buy?
Both Our Place and Caraway make high-quality nonstick ceramic cookware and bakeware, as well as durable enamel cast-iron cookware. The brands are extremely similar, with small differences between them that come down to personal preference and cooking habits.
Our Place and Caraway both offer colorful cookware that’s meant to be displayed, so shoppers may be drawn to one brand over the other based on aesthetics.
One main difference as it relates to performance is that most Our Place nonstick cookware is oven-safe up to 450℉, while most Caraway nonstick cookware is oven-safe up to 550℉. The popular enameled cast iron collections from both brands are heat-safe up to 500℉, though Our Place’s Always Pan is only heat-safe up to 425°F with its lid.
Another difference is in the bakeware — Our Place’s is stoneware, while Caraway’s is steel. Both are still oven-safe for high temps and conduct heat evenly, so your bakes won’t deflate with either option.
All this being said, you can’t go wrong with cookware or bakeware from either one — they’re both high-quality, picture-perfect cookware brands that deserve a spot on your stovetop.
