As someone who is very much a minimalist, I firmly believe the best recipes are the ones with the least amount of ingredients. Not only are they fuss-free, but they also allow each ingredient to shine rather than be all muddled together. We have quite a few minimalist recipes on our site, but these are the ones you love the most — and they all call for just two or three ingredients.

1. 3-Ingredient Dijon Roasted Potatoes

Tossing the chunks of potatoes with some whole-grain Dijon mustard before roasting them not only infuses them with flavor, but also gives them a unique crust.

3. 3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Fruit Dip

10. How To Make 2-Ingredient Yogurt Drop Biscuits

Similar to the flatbreads, this recipe calls for just self-rising flour and yogurt to make the dough. If you're up for adding an ingredient, we highly suggest incorporating fresh herbs or cheese to the dough.
