If there’s one thing you can expect out of me, it’s having a pantry full of snacks. From Pop-Tarts to Lay’s chips, I find myself stocking up on all the sweet and savory treats I used to love during my youth. And while my pantry usually features more sweetness than savoriness, two things that have a permanent place in my home are Oreos (because, duh!) and Ritz crackers.

While I can absolutely scarf down a sleeve of Oreos in record-breaking time, Ritz crackers are usually reserved as the pièce de résistance for my homemade chili or for that incredibly delicious Publix brand chicken salad. Though each snack has its place in my heart, one thing I never thought about was eating them together. Lucky for me (and maybe you, too) Mondelez — the parent company of both Ritz and Oreo — thought of it for us. And, as of this week, we’ll be able to get our hands on their creation.

A first-of-its-kind collab, the RITZxOREO mashup brings sweet and savory lovers a 2-for-1 deal with a new treat that’s one part Oreo cookie and one part Ritz cracker. Intrigued? Well, read on for all the deets because it actually may be something you want to try.

The limited-edition combo sees one chocolate cookie and one buttery, flaky cracker come together with the iconic creme known to bring together two Oreos and a layer of smooth peanut butter flavored creme that can often be found in Ritz Bits sandwiches. Très unique!

Now if the mashup sounds good enough for you to at least try once, Mondelez is handing them out for free. Yep, you read that right: FREE! Beginning Thursday, May 26 (that’s this week!) at 12 p.m. EST, those looking to test out the experimentation on their own can visit OREO.com/RITZ to nab a free pack of the treat. And while I know I said this was free (and it technically is), fans who are able to add it to their cart will just have to cover the flat fee of $3.95 for shipping. But for a chance to brag about nabbing a pack, $3.95 is pure pocket change.
