Craving something sweet or thinking ahead to your Valentine’s Day menu? If you can open a package of Oreos, then you can also make a delicious fruity, chocolatey dessert — or so says Chef Kelly Senyei of Just a Taste. Our favorite part of all? You don’t even have to turn on your oven to whip up a dessert that’s as beautiful as it is decadent.

Senyei’s No-Bake Chocolate Tart with Raspberries, which she recently posted on Instagram, has two components: A buttery Oreo cookie crust and a melt-in-your-mouth chocolate filling topped with tart raspberries. It’s super simple to make, and you may already have most of the ingredients on hand. There are, however, two special ingredients that make the tart stand out.

First, to balance out the sweetness and highlight the berries, Senyei adds a pinch of salt to the chocolatey crust. She also whips corn syrup into the chocolate filling, which makes it smooth and glossy. “It’s like looking into a delicious chocolate mirror,” she writes.

The whole process should take an hour and a half, but most of that time is pretty hands-off, waiting for the tart to firm up in the fridge. To kick things off, you’ll pulse the Oreos, vanilla extract, and salt in a food processor, then add your melted butter to form a ball. After spraying a non-stick tart pan (Senyei recommends one with a removable bottom), transfer the crust and press it into the bottom to form an even layer.

While the crust chills in the freezer, it’s time to work on the filling. Add your chocolate to a bowl, then whisk the heavy cream and corn syrup together over medium heat. Afterwards, you’ll pour the mixture onto the chocolate, let it sit, and whisk together the ingredients until they’re silky smooth. Then, pour the chocolate mixture into the tart shell. Once it’s fully set in the fridge, arrange the raspberries and sprinkle some confectioner’s sugar on top. How simple is that?
