When Starbucks announced that they were releasing their #PSL on August 27 this year – the earliest they have ever released the cult-favorite drink – it became the unofficial start of fall. Sorry, we don’t make the rules. And if you’re now in the mood for even more pumpkin spice in your life (even though it’s still pretty hot out in parts of the country), we’ve got your back. From veggie collagen drinks to protein bars and ice cream, here are our favorite (mostly healthy) ways to indulge your pumpkin spice sweet tooth this season.

2. Pumpkin Spice Spam

Wait, before you run away in terror, we actually tried this new pumpkin-spiced product from Spam and it’s actually… pretty good? It kind of tastes like a milk maple pork sausage. It’s available for a limited time at Walmart starting September 23.

3. Pumpkin Spice with Collagen Veggie Drink from Medlie

5. Pumpkin Dark Chocolate Muffin Cup from Kodiak Cakes

Kodiak Cakes’ seasonal muffin cup is studded with dark chocolate chips and made with 100% whole grains. Just add a little water and microwave for one minute for a fluffy pumpkin muffin. With six grams of protein, you could even call it breakfast.

6. Pumpkin Spice Coconut Cookies

7. Pumpkin Cake Roll Ice Cream from Jeni’s

8. Brownie Brittle Blondie Pumpkin Spice

Sheila G’s Brownie Brittle launched a new light and crispy blondie flavor with a brown sugar base, cream cheese chips, and dusting of cinnamon. It’s available in retailers nationwide and online through the end of the year.
