OK, we said we were done with the Housewares show coverage, but we still had one more show-centered chunk of photos to show you. The Nordicware booth! Bakers rejoice - we have up-close photos of all those pretty specialty pans from Nordicware that are carried at Williams-Sonoma, Sur La Table, and other retailers. We wandered through their booth and looked at the real life versions of cakes baked in those pans.

The big new pan this year is the Nordicware Pirate Ship! According to

, one of the Nordicware owner's sons is going through a pirate phase. Lucky for all of you pirate aficionados.

Watch the slideshow for more specialty cake pans than you can handle.

Here are a couple other pans we've mentioned in the past:

Fun Product: Nordicware Castle Cake Pan
Holiday Baking: Turkey Pan from Williams-Sonoma

What did you think of the pirate pan? It's big - the perfect size for a giant birthday with a dozen kids running around. We were impressed by the solid chocolate molded version! It's new for 2008 and you can buy it at Amazon.

• Buy Nordicware Pirate Ship Cake Pan, $31.95 at Amazon
