New Le Creuset Color: Slate Available at Williams-Sonoma

It looks like grey is officially the hot color of the year in cookware, what with Staub's limited edition titanium and graphite, and now Le Creuset's slate grey available exclusively at Williams-Sonoma.

These Dutch ovens are made of cast iron with a nonreactive enamel coating that requires no seasoning. These are also dishwasher safe. As always, Le Creuset pots are made in France.

As expensive as Le Creuset is, we have to admit it's worth it. One of these Dutch ovens will be your go-to pot for everything. We braise, sear, simmer, boil, and bake in our Dutch oven, and it's almost never put away in the cupboard.

We like this grey a lot; it's clean and cool and neutral. What do you think? Do you like this trend of grey (or gray?) in cookware colors?
