One of the best things to try, if you’re hoping to eat more veggies, is to take all the guesswork (and prep work) out of the cooking process. You know, make it feel like less of an ordeal. Well, friends, the year is 2021 and the freezer aisle (at pretty much every single grocery store) makes it possible to do just that. Gone are the days when waterlogged broccoli was the only side dish we had to choose from. Nowadays, there’s a whole slew of new, flavorful, fun frozen veggie shortcuts.

Here are 10 convenient, time-saving, and new-to-the-freezer-aisle options that make eating lots of veggies a breeze. The best part is that you don’t even have to go to a specialty grocery store to find them. I found all of these items at Publix, Ingles Market, and Target.
