My Great Outdoors: Cecilia’s Father’s Day Al Fresco Feast

Tell us about your outdoor project and how you enjoyed it: It’s Father’s Day, and officially the first day of summer, so we had dined al fresco in the backyard to celebrate both.
We grilled some Korean barbecue, had seafood cajun style – boiled in a bag – king crab legs, a pasta salad made with vegetables from my brother’s garden, sea snails in coconut cream sauce, rice, and a lovely tiramisu to end the meal.
How did you create it? We would love to say we made the seafood boil and the snails, but we picked up from a local restaurant who do a wonderful job for a great price. The seafood mix contained crawfish, shrimp, mussels, and clams. As for everything else, we made ourselves.
Recommended store, site, product or resource? We got our tablecloths from IKEA, and the seafood from Claws restaurant in Garden Grove. We also bought the beverage dispenser from Target.
