Why do people make such a fuss about raw-milk?
Murray’s welcomes four raw milk cheese makers from all around the country for a one-time only interactive panel and tasting. Join Sasha Davies, Murray’s affineur, as she questions David Gremmels of Rogue River Creamery in Oregon, Rick & Helen Feete of Meadow creek Dairy in Virginia, and Andy Kehler of Jasper Hill Farm in Vermont. Sample their cheeses (eight total, some of Murray’s favorites) and hear it from the pros as they discuss their different cheese making philosophies against the backdrop of the ever-controversial debate on raw milk cheese.
