If you’re trying out the Mediterranean diet for weight loss or better health — and there has been research that proves eating this way may help you live longer, keep certain health conditions at bay, and help you lose weight — these 17 new to new-ish groceries will help you follow along. Note: Not all of the flavors may feel perfectly Mediterranean, but the overall product is in line with the Mediterranean way of eating.
