Yes, we love our Instant Pots and a good chef’s knife, but lately we’ve been obsessed with an eco-friendly cutting board that’s so popular it sold out in just three days last July: the stylish and sleek reBoard from Material, which is now available at West Elm.

The reBoard, which was previously only sold through Material’s site, has a simple and sleek design and comes in four attractive colors: Sand, Coral, Tide, and Deep. But make no mistake: This cutting board is much more than just another pretty face, as Kitchn’s Managing Editor Lauren Kodiak discovered while using it to chop everything from onions to cooked lobster during a vacation in Maine last summer.

“It never slides across the counter while I’m chopping, like some of my other cutting boards do (which is super dangerous!),” she noted.

Another plus? Unlike bamboo and wooden boards, you can pop the reBoard in the dishwasher to clean it.

“I’ve run it in the dishwasher every night and it comes out perfectly clean — no stains, no lingering smells (remember the lobster!),” she said. “It’s holding up incredibly well to the wear and tear I’ve put it through already.”

The reBoard retails for $70 for a set of two; they’re ideal for holiday meal prep and even holiday gifting. Besides the cutting boards, West Elm now also carries Material cookware and knife sets to complete your collection.
