One thing to know about us here at Kitchn is that we love ice cream. From unique flavors inspired by Thanksgiving dinner to no-churn blueberry cheesecake ice cream, we’re open to trying it all. Next up on our to-try lists, however, are a few nostalgic spins on the ice cold treat and we have none other than Mars to thank for that.

The longtime favorite brand just announced three new ice cream creations — M&M’s Cookies and Cream Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches, Twix Cookie Dough Ice Cream, and Dove Mini Sticks with Dark Chocolate and Almonds — and you may be able to pick them up as early as this week.

With the different flavors and textures, Mars notes that this release ensures there’s something for everyone to enjoy. “We know that introducing new varieties and flavors of ice cream to fans can bring more moments of happiness, joy and togetherness, which is why we have paired our delicious Mars Ice Cream with some of our most iconic brands in the Mars portfolio like Dove, M&M’s and Twix,” Jayesh Shah, Mars Ice Cream Marketing Director said in a press release. “Our new offerings promise consumers a delicious at-home ice cream experience that can be enjoyed all year long.”

So what can you expect flavor-wise on your next stroll down the freezer aisle? Well, to start, the M&M’s Cookies and Cream Ice Cream Sandwiches combine the colorful, crunchy candies and cookie pieces with a creamy ice cream. Layered between two baked chocolate cookies, this creation comes in singles and 4-packs. The Twix Cookie Dough Ice Cream on the other hand, is a pint of creamy vanilla with soft cookie dough bites, Twix candy bar pieces, and a rich caramel swirl.

But that’s not all. Mars is also releasing the new Dove Mini Sticks Vanilla Ice Cream with Dark Chocolate and Almonds which is a mini ice cream bar perfect for someone who just wants a little something sweet. This product comes in packs of six.

While the new flavors may be popping up at certain stores now, if you don’t happen to see them yet, don’t fret. The nationwide rollout for all three treats will begin in March. You can find more information about each of the products on mms.com, dovechocolate.com and twix.com.

So if you’re looking for something to add to the box of chocolates you might be eyeing for Valentine’s Day, this just may be your sign. After all, I’ve always said it’s never too cold for ice cream.
