Mariah Carey Partnered with Milk Bar to Create a New Double Chocolate Caramel Cake — But It’s Only Available for a Limited Time

With the stress of Thanksgiving dinner finally behind us, it’s time to roll out the red carpet for one of the most joyous holidays of the year: Christmas! Though many of us are just getting into the Christmas spirit by putting up our trees and decking the halls, Mariah Carey kicked things off right after Halloween and has been on a roll ever since. And, of course, in true MC fashion, the undisputed Queen of Christmas is adding a special treat for all of those who have landed on Santa’s nice list — a chocolatey cake that will have you “pine-ing” for more.

Collaborating with popular bakery Milk Bar, Mariah’s new Double Chocolate Caramel Creme Cake is an ooey, gooey, chocolate-filled dream that could only be cooked up by a queen. Released in support of the songstress’s Salted Caramel flavor of her recently released Black Irish liquor brand, the cake consists of a double chocolate chip base that includes cheesecake and caramel that’s then topped with a coffee milk crumble and caramel-flavored frosting. Yum!

Sounds like something you want to get your hands on ASAP? The limited release treat will be available for purchase online beginning at 2 p.m. EST on Monday, November 29 (that’s today!) as a part of Milk Bar’s weekly Holiday Lab drops. Each 6-inch cake will be $80, and it can feed between 8 and 12 people — which is probably right around the same amount of people you’ll have at this year’s holiday party (just sayin’).

While there isn’t a designated time frame for how long these cakes will be available, since it’s affiliated with Mariah, my guess is the “Lambs” won’t let it last too long. If you happen to miss out on this release, however, you can always pick up something off of “The Mariah Menu” through the McDonald’s app from December 13 to 24.
