Kyocera Mandoline Update
Our cheap mandoline is now a broken mandoline. We first wrote about it here in January and have used it about ten times.
That little plastic piece snapped off our $29.95 Kyocera mandoline while we were washing it. While the parts do snap back together again, it isn’t steady anymore. With a ceramic blade that sharp, we don’t want to risk our fingers.
We’ve grown to like this little gadget. Is there a way to fix it? Meanwhile, we’re testing full size mandolines. We’ll post those reviews soon.
