The base of this breakfast bowl is farro, but you can also use brown rice or quinoa instead. Make your grain the night before and let it cool in the fridge so it's ready in the morning for breakfast. In the morning, you smear some Greek yogurt on the bottom of a bowl, top it with the grains, make one perfect hard-boiled egg and lay it on top of the yogurt, add some avocado, sprinkle on some everything bagel seasoning (thank you, Trader Joe's), and add some greens to the plate.
