Make These Chicken Alfredo Shells Tonight

Still looking for tonight’s dinner recipe? How about shells stuffed with chicken, broccoli, and mozzarella, all topped with Alfredo sauce? Pick up a rotisserie chicken and a few other ingredients on the way home from work, and you’ll have this comforting meal on the table in no time.

This recipe does call for you to make your own sauce — a mixture of butter, heavy whipping cream, cream cheese, garlic, spices, and Parmesan cheese — but after that, it’s mostly just assembling!

If you already have some cooked chicken on hand, this is the perfect recipe to use it up. (Or, if not, you can go for a store-bought rotisserie chicken.) Shred the chicken and combine it with mozzarella, broccoli, and some of the Alfredo sauce before stuffing it into cooked jumbo pasta shells.

Then you pour a layer of Alfredo sauce into a baking pan, fill the pan with the stuffed shells, and top with more Alfredo sauce and mozzarella. After the shells bake, bring the pan right to the table and let your family help themselves.

Serve with a simple green side salad and you’ve got a Monday dinner success.
