Now that the long weekend is over, reality is setting in — it's time to go back to school. Whether you're a teacher, student, or parent, the hardest part about transitioning to a back-to-school routine is breakfast.
When you wake up early and know you have a long day ahead of you, you need a fortifying breakfast. But brain power is usually at an all-time low (at least for me) right after waking up — you need something fast, quick, and easy.
That's where these breakfast pops come in. You blend bananas, peanut butter, and chocolate milk into a delicious smoothie; insert popsicle sticks in the center; and top them with chopped cashews and breakfast cereal for a little crunch. Then let them set completely in the freezer.
Just pop one or two of these out in the morning and you have a fun, delicious, and relatively healthy breakfast for little ones and adults alike.
