Sipping on a subtly sweet and creamy smoothie full of all the green things always makes me feel like I’m starting my day on a really good note. And that’s exactly what you can expect from this super-green smoothie kit. In addition to the namesake ingredient (just choose you favorite kind of greens), chopped zucchini, ripe avocado, and banana make this breakfast beverage super creamy and filling.

What to Add to This Smoothie Kit

This kit comes together with one leafy green and three fruity ingredients, plus a liquid of your choice when it’s time to blend. Here’s what you’ll need.

any greens + chopped zucchini + avocado + banana + dates

Before adding the ingredients, I think it’s most helpful to label the bag with the name of the smoothie and what you’ll need to add when you blend it up (more on that below!). For each smoothie kit, add the following items to a freezer-safe bag:

  • About 1 cup of any type of greens (like baby spinach, kale, or chard)
  • 1/2 cup chopped zucchini
  • 1/4 of an avocado, chopped
  • 1/2 sliced banana
  • 1 to 2 pitted dates

If you want to keep things as quick and convenient as possible, start with already frozen greens; otherwise wash and dry any type of leafy green and add it right to the bag. Remember you can also wash and reuse your freezer bags.

Here’s How to Blend It Up

For each smoothie, add about 1 cup of coconut water or any type of milk (dairy or non-dairy) to the blender. Dump in the smoothie kit and blend until smooth.
