If you are as excited about the imminent return of citrus season as I am, you’re going to want to stock up and keep these bright smoothie packs on repeat for as long as possible. Sweet orange segments are paired with tropical mango for a big punch of vitamin C, plus banana for a cool, creamy finish.

What to Add to This Smoothie Kit

This kit comes together with a trio of fruit, a hit of greens, plus a liquid of your choice when it’s time to blend. Here’s what you’ll need.

spinach + mango + orange + banana

Before adding the ingredients, I think it’s most helpful to label the bag with the name of the smoothie and what you’ll need to add when you blend it up (more on that below!). For each smoothie kit, to a freezer bag add the following ingredients:

  • 1 cup of any type of greens
  • 1/2 cup of chopped mango
  • 1/2 navel orange (peeled and segmented)
  • 1 sliced banana

If you want to keep things as quick and convenient as possible, start with a few bags of frozen fruit from the grocery store. Or if you prefer to start fresh, cut up the selection of fresh fruit, then freeze on a baking sheet before assembling the kits. Remember you can also wash and reuse your freezer bags.

Here’s How to Blend It Up

For each smoothie, add about 1 cup of coconut water or any type of milk (dairy or non-dairy) to the blender. Dump in the smoothie kit and blend.
