If you're the type who likes to host friends at home instead of going out for brunch every weekend, I've got just the recipe for you. Prep these croissant egg sandwiches ASAP, freeze them, and then just reheat a few whenever friends drop by for a morning get-together!
First you need to pick up some mini croissants, eggs, thinly sliced ham, and cheddar. When you get home, scramble the eggs with some heavy cream and then sandwich them, along with the ham and cheddar, between the sliced croissants. Wrap the sandwiches in plastic wrap and throw them in the freezer — and that's it!
When you're ready to eat, all you have to do is reheat the sandwiches in the microwave. Set them out on pretty plates and serve them with coffee, mimosas, and fresh fruit. It doesn't get much easier than that!
