My family loves to cook so it’s safe to say that we’ve tried many different brands in my lifetime alone. Although my parents are constantly championing the legacy of their decades-old Magnalite pots (that were passed down to my brother when he moved into his first apartment), I’ve been able to convince them to give some other cookware brands a try. Besides, their opinions help me decide what’s worth keeping around. If a cookware set can get my dad’s stamp of approval, I’m sold. The latest that’s caught his attention is Made In’s CeramiClad Nonstick Frying Pans.

I’ve wanted to try out Made In’s cookware for years now, so when the opportunity came up for me to test it out firsthand, I couldn’t pass it up. What I didn’t expect was that my parents would use it more than I did in the first few weeks!

What Is the CeramiClad Nonstick Frying Pan?

Available individually or as a three-piece set, the CeramiClad Nonstick Frying Pan transforms Made In’s beloved five-ply stainless steel cookware with a coating of nonstick ceramic. The change gives the durable pan a low-maintenance update that makes it suitable for everyday use and hassle-free cleaning. The pans are also oven-safe up to 550°, so you can take them from the stove to the oven to finish off a dish without a second thought.

The CeramiClad fry pans come in 8-, 10-, and 12-inch sizes, which covers a wide range of recipes from morning scrambles to one-skillet meals. They’re also conveniently compatible with gas, electric, and induction cooktops. Best of all, even when handling all that heat, the handles of the pans stay cool. That means you don’t have to worry about reaching for a pot holder in the middle of cooking since the heat stays where it’s supposed to.

Why I Love the CeramiClad Nonstick Frying Pan

The first time I unpacked my set of CeramiClad nonstick pans, I was at my dad’s place. Since he loves to cook for everyone, I let him break them in — and then he started using them every day. But who am I to complain about days upon days of warm breakfasts of crispy bacon, fluffy pancakes, and scrambled eggs just how I like them? Especially when I typically just pour myself a bowl of cereal most mornings.

My dad is a multitasker by nature so I often have to step in and assist with cooking while he steps out of the room, and the CeramiClad cookware takes all the stress out of that switch up. The pans heat evenly and retain their temperature, so I can trust that foods cook as they should with no unexpected hot or cool spots. I also love that they’re so easy to clean because I use the 8-inch pan on back-to-back days (sometimes more than once in the same day!) for fried eggs, grilled cheese sandwiches, and more. Considering the pans are hand-wash only, if I had to worry about heavy scrubbing every time I used one, they’d probably never leave my kitchen cabinet.

So, if you’re in the market for an efficient and long-lasting nonstick pans that won’t feel like a chore, this Made In set is a great choice. Take it from someone who swears by a dishwasher whenever possible, they’re effortless even for me!
