It’s no surprise that here at Kitchn, we love a good Macy’s sale. They’re constantly slashing prices on editor-favorite kitchen brands and reader-loved essentials (like their brand new All-In-One Pan that has been practically flying off the virtual shelves!). However, in addition to their amazing sales, their website now has an under-the-radar section full of great deals. The Macy’s Great Home Values page is a new collection of some of the retailer’s best prices. Basically, this should be the first place you visit if you’re in the business of buying new kitchen appliances, tools, cookware, and more. Included are top brands like Cuisinart, Le Creuset, and Ninja, with so many kitchen essentials like air fryers, Dutch ovens, and blenders.

Because there are hundreds of kitchen items included, we’ve gone ahead and selected some of our favorite picks, like a top-of-the-line espresso machine and one of the most powerful immersion blenders we’ve ever tested from Vitamix. And while you’re at it, you should check out the entire Great Home Values section and see what other deals you can shop for your kitchen!

As one of our favorite immersion blenders (not to mention one of the top tools we tested last year!), this Vitamix immersion blender will be your ultimate soup-making tool. After testing, we dubbed it the most powerful immersion blender we'd ever used because we were able to create silky-smooth soup in under one minute, make mayonnaise in a few seconds, and blend a fibrous smoothie with no issue. It’ll be worth every penny because of how versatile and powerful this handy tool will be in your kitchen.

Who doesn’t love a do-it-all appliance? This Ninja air fryer oven does so much more than air fry because it’s also a convection oven and toaster oven in one. You can do everything that a traditional air fryer can do — fry, roast, broil, bake — as well as toast, dehydrate, and keep food warm. When you’re done, it actually flips up so you can store it vertically rather than taking up a ton of counter space.

We’re obsessed with the Staub covered baking dish, so it’s only natural that we’re in love with this under $35 Staub ceramic rectangular baking dish. It has a beautiful porcelain finish that won’t scratch or stain and is safe in the dishwasher, microwave, and freezer (in addition to the oven of course!). At 1.25-quarts, it’s perfect for cheesy sides or fruit-filled cobblers and is gorgeous enough to be taken straight from the oven to your table.

Made in France, this traditional cast iron skillet is quite the multitasker. Its enameled, black matte interior allows for impressive searing (sans sticking). Whether browning chicken breasts, frying bacon, or caramelizing onions, this pan does it all. The even heat distribution makes for excellent cooking, while the higher, straighter sides translate to less splatter on your stove.
