One of my favorite ways to take brownies or cookies up a notch is by adding fun mix-ins (like Lucky Charms!) to the batter. My favorite mix-in, though, is M&M’s — adding them into a batch of cookies is always a good idea, in my opinion. Why is why I’m so excited about their newest flavor.

Available now, the M&M’s Crunchy Cookie candies have a crunchy cookie center that is covered in delicious milk chocolate and wrapped in a classic candy shell. While the new cookie-flavored candies may be enough to hold even the most intense cookie monster over, I can’t help but wonder what would happen if we could bake these new M&M’s into a cookie batter. Well, thanks to Milk Bar‘s Christina Tosi, we’re about to get just that.

Partnering with the longtime Mars Wrigley brand, Tosi has now created a fun sweet treat that incorporates the new candy.

“Thinking up new and never-before-heard-of desserts is what I love to do, so the opportunity to develop a Mars cookie inspired by the new M&M’s Crunchy Cookie candies was a real treat,” said the Founder & CEO of Milk Bar in a press release. “The texture and crunch of M&M’s Crunchy Cookie is so unique, it was important to me that I designed the M&M’s x Christina Tosi Crunchy Cookie Crunchy Cookie to include layers of crunch to mimic the M&M’s candy, so that each bite offers the ultimate crunchy cookie experience.”

The M&M’S x Christina Tosi Crunchy Cookie Crunchy Cookie offers a vanilla cookie base that is topped with M&M’s Crunchy Cookie candies, which are then themselves surrounded by mini, crispy, chocolate chip cookies. Can you say YUM?

Unfortunately, though, these tasty cookies aren’t available for everyone. In fact, only 100 lucky fans will have the chance to claim their own cookie. If that happens to interest you and you’re hoping to score one for yourself, just scan the QR code on a package of M&M’s Crunchy Cookie candies or visit MMS.com to sign up to be notified when cookies are available.

In case you need an extra incentive to try to snag these special cookies, M&M’s will be donating $10,000 on behalf of the M&M’s x Christina Tosi partnership to support the students of Food and Finance High School — a culinary-focused high school in New York City, devoted to the education of culinary arts students.

Maybe one of these students will create the next brilliant and delicious mash-up? Only time will tell!
