Day 20 Task: Get Our 20 Minute/30 Day Cleaning Plan

It hasn't always been easy, and there hasn't always been a lot of time, but my kitchen is now officially clean and organized. The tell-tale sign that the Cure was worth the extra effort this month? I'm more excited to cook and have people come over.

But just because The Kitchn Cure is done, it doesn't mean the cleaning and upkeep is over. Let's review the 20 minute/30 day cleaning plan for the next month.

The first thing I did was print out a few copies of the cleaning plan and put one on my fridge. Having a daily reminder staring me in the face every time I open the fridge will be helpful. Plus, I'm a list-maker, and I love the feeling of crossing things off.

My first impression is that the cleaning plan is very doable. Some of the tasks like mopping the floor will take less than 5 minutes if I'm in a hurry. Now that my kitchen is super clean and organized, if I miss a couple days, it won't be a pain to catch up on the tasks.

And then, of course, I made myself a Negroni to celebrate my success. I hope you do too! Cheers to a healthier, happier kitchen worthy of all the delicious things you will make this fall.
