Leslie Jordan’s Sleek LA Condo Is Up for Sale — Take a Look Inside
Just two months after the beloved actor’s unfortunate passing, Leslie Jordan’s West Hollywood condo has officially hit the market. Reported to be his first home purchase, the Will and Grace star acquired the unit back in August from Canadian filmmaker Ivan Reitman for $1.75 million — $550,000 more than Reitman paid in 2008. Sadly, Jordan had very little time to actually enjoy his new home, which is now ready for its next caretaker.
Listed by Eric Rojany of Pinnacle Estate Properties, the two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite is located on the 11th floor of the Empire West residential tower. The 1,600-square-foot condo — which is found in the same upscale building that has housed some of Hollywood’s elite over the years, like Alyssa Milano, Nancy Sinatra, and Nicole Richie — has an open-concept layout. Featuring an ensemble of hardwood and carpeted floors that are coupled with high ceilings, modern finishes, and clean lines, it’s easy to see why the lively star fell in love with the space.
Upon entering the residence, the new tenants will be greeted by an entry hallway, leading to the large open-area living room. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors then open up to a spacious balcony that offers an impressive view of both Sunset Plaza and the Hollywood Hills.
The entirely white kitchen is both sleek and simple, with beautiful high-end appliances, tons of cabinet space, and large countertops. A built-in wine rack also lends itself to the modern-minimalistic cooking area, as does the paneled fridge and freezer combo.
The master suite features a separate private balcony, large walk-in closet, and its own private bathroom, complete with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a fully glass-encased shower. Another notable feature of the space would be the guest bedroom — which can double as an office space or game room.
Anyone looking at living in the deluxe condo in the sky should know that the property also comes with a hefty monthly HOA fee of $1,671, but plenty of amenities — like a 24/7 doorman, two parking spots, a tennis court, private gym, and a rooftop pool and lounge area — will be provided in return.
