Perhaps for some of you, leftover chili is a totally foreign idea that simply does not exist in your world. That is not me, and I'm sure I'm not alone. While I love a hearty bowl of chili, I'm always inclined to repurpose the leftovers in fun, fresh ways that don't feel like I'm eating the same thing again and again. No matter what kind of chili you've got, and whether it's a little or a lot, these 10 recipes will help you use up all the leftovers.

1. Chili and Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast

This recipe is perfect for those times you have just a little bit of leftover chili (any kind will do) that's not quite enough for a meal on its own. It calls for just one cup of chili, which gets mixed with shredded cheddar and stuffed in a boneless chicken breast.

2. Chili and Cheese Stuffed Baked Potato

Consider this the miracle meal that's a breeze to pull together. Bake a potato any way you like, then fluff the insides and fill it with chili and your favorite toppings.

3. Chili with Pasta and Cheddar

Leave that jar of marinara right where it is. Leftover chili is just the ticket to really up the ante on your next pasta night.

5. Mexican Skillet Lasagna

Leftover chili would be such a fun way to bring this Mexican-inspired lasagna to life any night of the week. You can nix the chorizo and beans, starting with about three cups of chili and 1 1/2 cups of broth instead, which you'll heat in the skillet before adding the noodles.

6. How To Make Calzones at Home

Skip the traditional calzone filling in favor of stuffing it with any kind of leftover chili plus a sprinkle of shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese.

7. How To Make the Best Macaroni and Cheese on the Stove

Chili and mac and cheese are natural partners. And since you already have the chili on hand, whip up a quick pot of stovetop mac and cheese, then stir in the chili at the end.

8. How To Make Stuffed Peppers

Chili-stuffed peppers just might take the prize as my favorite way to use this hearty leftover. For the filling, mix about 2 1/2 cups of chili with uncooked rice, then prep and cook the peppers as directed in the recipe.

9. Loaded Black Bean Nachos

The only thing better than a loaded tray of nachos is when chili is involved. This is also a great idea when you're hanging on to just a small amount of leftovers. Skip the beans in favor of layering chili between the chips.

10. Turkey Taco Salad

Treat your taco salad (or any salad, really!) to a warm scoop of chili on top and you won't be disappointed.
