If you were disappointed not to find a Dutch oven or another piece of Le Creuset under the Christmas tree this year, consider yourself lucky. The brand has teamed up with Williams Sonoma to release an exclusive new color that will officially launch tomorrow on the site and in stores. And it's beautiful. So beautiful, in fact, that if you had gotten a Dutch oven in, say, Soleil (a very pretty yellow), you might have found yourself wishing you hadn't. (No offense, mom and dad!)

That new color? It's an ombré minty blue-green, officially called ... Mint. Not super creative (especially compared to Provence, Caribbean, and Palm), but it sure is eye-catching.

The Mint line will include five pieces: a 5.5-quart Dutch oven (for $330), a 1.5-quart saucepan (for $180), a 3.5 quart Dutch oven (for $200), a French press (for $68), and a rectangular grill pan (for $100).

Again, the new color will be available starting tomorrow (January 19), so you won't find it online right now.

What if you did get a Soleil Dutch oven for the holidays? Or you already had one in Marseille? This mint goes well with both of those. Actually, it complements almost every other existing color on offer. Because mint is the new neutral!
