Last night I went to a mini media event. This event happens a few times a year and, usually, I go expecting to see the newest color from Le Creuset. That’s what I was expecting this time, only I got so much more. Turns out, the brand has a lot in the pipeline. And none of it was embargoed, which means I’m able to show it all to you guys right now!

This stuff isn’t available for purchase just yet, but you can get excited about it. Here’s what to look forward to and when you can look for it all.

1. 4.5-Quart Marble Appliqué Round Dutch Oven

Marble is hot, hot, hot these days. And this new Dutch oven is proof of that! It’s not actually marble, though. It’s still that same enameled cast iron we know and love — just with a smooth-to-the-touch appliqué that looks like marble. This pot will be exclusive to Bloomingdale’s and will come out in the fall or winter. The exact date and the price are still TBD.

2. Rainbow Sets

Le Creuset started doing metallic finishes a few years ago, and the brand is about to introduce fun metallic RAINBOW sets! You’ll have a few options — including six tea plates, cereal bowls, or mugs for $100 per set. There will also be a set of six ramekins for $40. Look for them in Le Creuset outlets soon. Unfortunately, the brand didn’t have any info about how soon.

There will be a 19.5-inch oval platter (for $85), little side plates ($60 for four), and a pie dish ($55). Not pictured: There will also be a matching spatula and tea towel (both for $12). Everything will be available October 1.

4. Acrylic Mills

Le Creuset is getting in on the acrylic trend with these clear salt and pepper mills. They’ve got the same mechanisms as their other iconic mills, only these are see-through acrylic. Look for them in the fall/winter for $40 each.

Want to caffeinate in the morning with Le Creuset by your side? On September 1, the brand will be launching a pour-over kettle and a pour-over cone for $100 and $25, respectively. For now, the options will come in three colors: Cerise, Marseille, and White.

6. 2.25-Quart Rice Pot with Stainless Steel Knob

How cute are these little stovetop rice cookers? They’re enameled cast iron and are designed to keep your rice from boiling over or burning on the bottom. They’ll be out on September 1 and will retail for $220. Look for them in Cerise, Flame, Meringue, and White.

7. Truffle and Persimmon

To be fair, Truffle is not a new color for Le Creuset. But they’re releasing it in a 5.5-Quart Dutch oven with a copper knob on September 1 (for $350). The brand will also be going big with Persimmon and stainless steel knobs, as of July 20. Look for the orange color (below) in Dutch ovens, skillets, and more at Williams Sonoma and on LC’s site.
