Le Creuset Just Launched the Most Perfect New Lasagna Dishes You’ll Want for Fall

The 6-qt. dish has 4 inches of depth for creating multi-layered, cheesy, saucy lasagnas but is also roomy enough to accommodate a whole roasted turkey. Made from Le Creuset's classic stoneware material, it's heat resistant up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and safe for use in the microwave, broiler, dishwasher, and freezer. But the best part? The virtually non-stick interior, which lets you easily scoop up that delicious, burnt-cheesy crust that usually clings to the dish. The lasagna pan, which has scalloped handles that make it easy to transfer from the oven to the table, is available in red and white on Le Creuset's site, plus a lapis color on Williams Sonoma.

A tad smaller than the Heritage Lasagna Deep Baker, the Classic Dish is still quite generous, with a 5-qt. capacity and 3 inches of depth.
